Delivery time: This is 10-30 working days from receipt of payment for our special type of goods. If you collect the order yourself, we will inform you immediately as soon as the goods are ready for collection from us.

Forwarding charges: The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart after entering your delivery country and postcode according to the weight of your order. You can then decide on the effective shipping method as soon as you proceed to checkout, so that the corresponding shipping charges can be added to the total amount.

Shipment tracking: You can track the status of your shipment at any time with the tracking number sent to you.

Telephone announcement from the forwarding company (weight of the ordered goods over 30 kg): 1 - 2 days before the delivery of your goods the forwarding agency will contact you.

E-mail from parcel service (total weight of ordered goods less than 30 kg): The delivery service will notify you in writing in good time before delivery.

Unavailability: from the 5th day onwards, unfortunately, storage charges will have to be made.

Delivery terms: Delivery will be made as usual to the kerb ("free kerbside") of your specified address. A truck with a lifting platform must be able to access the site. The lift truck needs a firm base. Please remember that sufficient space is required for the delivered goods.

Receipt of goods: Please detach the visible packaging and roughly check all goods for damage.

Suspicion of damage: If you notice any damage, please be sure to note it on the acknowledgement of receipt (reservation with appropriate specification). Then send us a description and photos of the suspected damage immediately. Keep the rejected goods until the case is closed. Please adhere to these instructions so that the insurance cover takes effect.

Insurance: We insure all transports for you in accordance with CMR (International Convention on the Contract for the Carriage of Goods by Road).

Delivery countries: We deliver to Germany (excluding islands), Austria, Switzerland and Benelux Countries (excluding islands). For other countries we can offer you a transport service on request.

Adherence to delivery date: We will of course do our best to adhere to the delivery date and, if possible, to shorten it. However, should it not be possible for us to meet the delivery deadline for unforeseeable reasons (e.g. non-availability of the goods, etc.), we will inform you immediately and jointly set a new deadline. If the ordered goods are still not available within this second deadline, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will immediately refund the amount paid for this order.
