FAQ

For a total weight of more than 30 kg, the goods are delivered by a forwarding company (truck with lift truck and lifting platform), whereas for smaller quantities (weight less than 30 kg) we commission a parcel service.
 

As a rule, you should expect 10-30 working days from receipt of payment. For custom orders, we may need additional time due to the individual manufacturing process; the exact duration depends on the specific product.

If you choose to pick up the order yourself, we will notify you as soon as it is ready for collection.

Should delivery problems on the part of the manufacturer lead to delays, we will contact you immediately and discuss the further course of action.

For deliveries by the parcel service (deliveries under 30 kg), you will be informed of the delivery date in advance by e-mail.
For deliveries by the forwarding company (deliveries over 30 kg), you will be contacted by the forwarding agent by telephone before the scheduled delivery date.

For delivery of the material by truck, access for a truck with a lifting platform must be ensured, a firm base for the lifting truck is required.

Please remember that there must be sufficient space for the delivered goods and any slope will affect a smooth process.

As soon as the company we have contracted has collected the goods, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number, which you can use at any time to check the status of your delivery.

Delivery is "free kerbside"; this means that the goods are delivered to the kerbside of your specified address and unloaded there.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to extend delivery into buildings or adjoining premises for organisational and technical reasons.

The goods can also be collected directly on site after payment has been made. Please select the corresponding button for self-collection during the order process. You will then receive a message from us as soon as the goods are ready for collection in our warehouse in Schabs.

The tiles we offer are exclusively Italian brand tiles (1st choice quality goods).

If you notice any damage when you receive the goods, it is imperative that this is noted on the confirmation of receipt (reservation with appropriate specification).
Please send us a short description and photos of the suspected damage immediately and we will inform you as soon as possible about the further procedure.
Keep the rejected goods until the case is closed.

Please adhere to these instructions so that the insurance cover takes effect.

As special conditions apply to the delivery of tiles with special sizes XXL (specially made transport boxes for safe transport, unloading with forklift or crane), we have marked these accordingly in the shop.
We request that you contact us directly so that we can discuss the definitive costs and provide you with an offer.

We deliver to Germany (except islands), Austria, Switzerland and the Benelux countries (except islands). For other countries we can offer you a transport service on request.

Of course, we will do our best to meet the delivery time and, if possible, to shorten it. However, should it not be possible for us to meet the delivery deadline for unforeseeable reasons (e.g. non-availability of the goods, etc.), we will inform you immediately and jointly set a new deadline. If the ordered goods are still not available within this second deadline, we have the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will immediately refund the amount paid for this order.

The offer for the stock tiles is valid as long as the indicated stock lasts. If you need a larger quantity, please contact us by e-mail. We will do our best to provide you with your dream tile in the desired quantity if it is still in stock at the manufacturer.

On request, we can send you the desired tile samples by courier (ca. 15x15cm, max. 4 pieces). Please be patient if we do not have the desired sample in stock and have to request it from the manufacturer first.

If you do not find your dream tile or the desired accessories on our shop page, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will do our best to fulfil your wish.

As soon as you have entered your valid VAT number, the prices of the selected products are automatically displayed without VAT and the invoice is also created accordingly.

As a dealer or craftsman with a valid VAT number, we will be happy to include you in our dealer group on request. As a member, you will receive advance information about special offers.

The transportation costs for tiles are relatively high for small order quantities due to the inherent weight of the tiles, as freight charges are calculated based on weight.

For larger order quantities, please feel free to contact us, our team will be happy to provide you with an individual offer.

To keep freight costs as low as possible, we generally organize our transports via system lines (delivery with trucks that have a lift gate and pallet truck). If your order exceeds a total weight of 2,500 kg, it may be necessary to split the delivery across several trucks, depending on the respective weight class. If delivery with a semi-trailer truck is feasible, please contact us so we can provide you with a custom quote, which could potentially reduce transport costs. This option requires suitable access and the availability of a forklift or crane at the delivery site for unloading.
