Delivery Time: Our standard delivery time is 10 to 30 business days after receipt of your payment. For custom orders, we may need additional time due to the individual manufacturing process; the exact duration depends on the specific product. If you choose to pick up the order yourself, we will notify you as soon as it is ready for collection.
Tracking: You can track the status of your shipment at any time with the tracking number sent to you.
Telephone Announcement from the Shipping Company (weight of the ordered goods over 30 kg): Before the delivery of your goods, the shipping company will contact you.
Email from the Courier Service (total weight of the ordered goods under 30 kg): The delivery service will notify you in writing in advance of the delivery.
Shipping Costs: The shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart after entering your delivery country and postal code according to the weight of your order. You can choose the actual shipping method when you proceed to checkout, at which point the relevant shipping costs will be added to the total amount.
Small order quantities: Please note that the transportation costs for tiles are relatively high for small order quantities due to their substantial inherent weight, as freight charges are calculated based on weight.
Total Weight of the Order over 2,500 kg: To keep freight costs as low as possible, we generally organize our transports via system lines (delivery with trucks that have a lift gate and pallet truck). If your order exceeds a total weight of 2,500 kg, it may be necessary to split the delivery across several trucks, depending on the respective weight class. If delivery with a semi-trailer truck is feasible, please contact us so we can provide you with a custom quote, which could potentially reduce transport costs. This option requires suitable access and the availability of a forklift or crane at the delivery site for unloading.
Goods Receipt: Please remove the see-through packaging and check the entire goods for any damages roughly.
Suspected Damage: If you notice any damage, please make sure to note it on the receipt confirmation (reservation with appropriate specification). Then immediately send us a description and photos of the suspected damage. Keep the complained goods until the case is concluded. Please follow these guidelines to ensure insurance coverage.
Insurance: We insure all transports for you according to CMR (International Agreement on Contracts for the Carriage of Goods by Road).
Delivery Countries: We deliver to Germany (excluding islands), Austria, Switzerland, and the Benelux countries (excluding islands). For other countries, we can offer a transport service upon request.
Compliance with Delivery Date: We do our utmost to adhere to and possibly shorten the delivery time. However, if we are unable to meet the delivery deadline due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., unavailability of goods, etc.), we will inform you immediately and set a new date together. If the ordered goods are still not available within this second period, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In this case, we will immediately refund the amount paid for this order.
